1. Service Offerings

SoloLegis provides legal services to entrepreneurs, digital information products, and physical goods related to legal documentation. Specific offerings include:

• Custom legal consultations and document drafting (Services)
• Online courses and downloadable guides (Info Products)
• Printed legal templates and reference manuals (Physical Products)

2. Booking and Fees

All services require advance booking and payment of fees. Info Products and Physical Products become available upon successful payment.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

3.1. Legal Services

Clients may request a reschedule up to 48 hours before an appointment at no extra cost. If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the booking fee is non-refundable due to the allocation of resources. However, clients may apply the fee toward another service within 90 days by contacting our team.

3.2. Info Products

Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital content has not been fully accessed. To initiate a refund, please contact our team. Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

3.3. Physical Products

Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in unused condition. To arrange a return, please contact our team for instructions. Return shipping is the responsibility of the client unless the product is defective. Once received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7 business days. Clients may opt to exchange items or receive store credit valid for 180 days.

4. Limitations and Non-Refundable Items

Certain expedited legal reviews and custom drafting requests require immediate commitment of expert time and are therefore non-refundable. We will clearly indicate non-refundable status at the time of purchase and provide justification based on preparatory work and scheduling commitments.

5. Modifications to Terms

SoloLegis reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on this page with a revised date of 2025.
